Time to slow right down - with room for individual portraits, sibling shots, and everyone together.

There's no rush and no rigid shot list, just relaxed, unhurried time to be together while I quietly document it all - moving between the quiet, connected portraits and the busy, joyful chaos that's so you, always watching for the in-between moments and little details you'll want to remember.

A week or two later, your private online gallery arrives - a full collection of individually edited images to view, share, and treasure however you love.

A gentle, unposed look at everyday life - and the perfect setting for a relaxed lifestyle newborn session, when those precious first weeks are best spent close to home.

The Family Portraits experience

A creative consultation

We start with a relaxed chat, in the studio or in your own home, about what you’d love this session to capture - the personalities, the little details, the feeling you want to keep. If it’s at home, I’ll help tie your images into your space; in the studio, I’ll show you through styling and creative options.

Your session

Relaxed and informal, sessions run around 1.5 hours - plenty of time for tender individual portraits alongside the fun, full-of-life family moments. Choose your own home, or somewhere special to your family, and we’ll make sure we capture all of it, having fun along the way.

online gallery

About a week or two later, your beautiful private gallery arrives online to view and share at home - a lovely moment to relive the session and choose the images you’ll treasure. I’ll guide you through it all, from favourite frames to the loveliest ways to bring them home.

A session, then something to keep

A full portrait session is a considered experience - unhurried, guided, and built entirely around your family. Your session fee covers our time together at the consultation and the session itself, and includes a generous credit to put towards the artwork you fall in love with afterwards.

Includes a $300 credit towards your prints, albums & digital images.

Your credit is yours to spend however you like - once you've seen your gallery, we'll choose the prints, album or digital images you love most.

Why on location rather than the studio?+
A Little White Studio session is short, sweet and studio-based - perfect for regular updates and quick, joyful portraits. A Family Portrait session is the full experience, and it’s always on location or at home for a reason: the studio is wonderful for short and sweet, but on location gives us room to explore, to engage the littles in wee adventures, and to really create images that tell the full story of who they are right now. It also gives you a much fuller gallery - with time for individual portraits, sibling combinations, and all those sweet details you want to remember forever.
What happens after we book?+
We start with a relaxed creative consultation - in the studio or your own home - to plan the session around your family: the location, the styling, the personalities, and the moments that matter most to you. You’ll arrive on the day knowing everything’s taken care of.
Where should we do our session?+
Wherever feels most like you. A favourite beach or field at golden hour, a spot that means something to your family, or right at home where everyone’s most at ease. Not sure? I have a list of beautiful go-to locations I love - we’ll choose together at your consultation.
What if our little ones need time to warm up?+
That’s exactly why these sessions are longer. Ninety minutes leaves plenty of room for shy starts, snack breaks and wobbly moments - we simply go at your family’s pace, and the honest, connected photos come naturally once everyone’s settled.
When will we see our photos?+
A week or two after your session we’ll view your gallery together - a lovely moment to relive it all and choose the images you’ll treasure. Every photograph is individually edited, and I’ll help you decide how to bring your favourites home.
