What’s a Little White Studio session like?+
A Little White Studio session is a guided experience designed to capture genuine moments and real connection with your little ones. We keep things playful and unhurried, with gentle prompts, lots of cuddles, and plenty of space for your kids to be themselves. No stiff posing - just you and your family.
What can I use a Little White Studio session for?+
There are two ways to book. Studio Stories are our flexible twenty-minute sessions, open-ended in subject matter - immediate family updates, sibling portraits, maternity, grandparents, individual child portraits or baby milestones, with room for a few different combinations. Studio Chapters are our shorter seasonal sessions, more focused and curated around a specific theme released at certain times of year. If you’re unsure which suits your idea, just ask before booking.
What age is best for baby photos?+
There’s no wrong time. Brand-new babies are lovely photographed around two weeks old for sleepy, curled-up cuddles, or around six to eight weeks once they’re wide awake with those big, wondering stares. Some of my very favourite ages are six to nine months - once they’re sitting steadily and discovering their feet, but before they’re confidently on the move. That said, every stage is worth keeping, and many families return a few times a year to build a collection as their little one grows.
How many people can be in the session?+
Studio Stories (our twenty-minute sessions) include your immediate family - up to 2 adults and 3 children. Studio Chapters, our seasonal sessions, will have their own specs detailed at release. For larger or extended-family groups, a full Family Portrait session gives everyone a little more room; just get in touch and we’ll plan it together.
What’s the difference between a Little White Studio session and a family portrait session?+
Little White Studio sessions are short, repeatable and studio-based - perfect for regular updates, whether that’s siblings, maternity, grandparents, milestones or any of the other combinations.
Family Portrait sessions are longer and more in-depth, on location or at home, with time for individual portraits alongside the whole family together.
